Projects

Completed in 2021, the 117,890 sf expansion was our first project as Partners Construction LLC.  We self performed the foundations, SOG, tilt panels, and sidewalks.

Completed in January of 2022 we fought through the supply chain issues to complete the 84,000 sf addition at Kyunghshin Lear's Montgomery Al. facility.  We self performed the concrete on this project as well.

Completed in August of 2021 we completed a 50,000 sf office and warehouse build out located at the 623 Industrial Park Blvd expansion.  The build out consisted of a 3,500 sf office space and 46,500 sf of warehouse space including a 2,000 sf walk in cooler.

Completed in November of 2023 we completed a 67,500 sf office and warehouse build out located at the 623 Industrial Park Blvd expansion.  The build out consisted of a 2,500 sf office space and 65,000 sf of warehouse space including a CMU  compressor room

Completed in February of 2024 we completed a break room and gang bathroom addition at 101 Smothers Road for Industrial Partners.  The build out consisted of a 1,500-sf break room addition and a 4 stall women's warehouse bathroom.

Completed in June of 2024 we completed a 50,000-sf office and warehouse build out located in Madison, AL .  The build out consisted of a 2,000-sf office space, a 250' x 40' separation wall, and six EOD levelers.
